This property contains a little over 640 acres of meticulously maintained, native grassland.  Just minutes northeast of Stratford, it contains 407.2 acres of grass that is enrolled in CRP with the lease ending in 2031.  The remaining acreage is leased to a local rancher for a small cow/calf herd with the lease ending in September 2026.  There is a 4400-gallon steel livestock water tank that is fed by a solar-panel controlled well which was installed new in 2022.
