There are two bedrooms and one bath but also a sunroom with extra storage and an office area.  The utility room is located off the one-car garage and has a utility sink and additional storage.  There is a small storage shed in the fenced backyard.

The tenants will be responsible for their own utilities & for the yard maintenance.  The refundable security deposit is $95o.  Rent is $950 with a minimum 6-month lease.
