Ann-Claire Gustin grew up in Dalhart and graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Interior Design. Bringing an abundance of knowledge and skills to her clients by helping them see the hidden potential in each property, Ann-Claire has vision and an outstanding eye for space. She is able to identify the specific needs of her clients and is able to match those needs to the perfect property.
Upon graduating from college, Ann-Claire returned to Dalhart and married Seth Gustin who works at Green Country Equipment and farms in the Dalhart area.
Ann-Claire is a member of the Dalhart Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. She is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers, serves on the Dalhart Area Chamber of Commerce board, is a member of Eta Upsilon Sorority, and is very involved in her church.
